Lidl opened a national dialogue on work place diversity and inclusion. As the first retailer to appoint a diversity ambassador and publish employee survey results. Lidl showcased its commitment to equal pay. The campaign featured an Ames room optical illusion to challenge perceptionsand unfolded over several phases, from press conferences to equal‑pay communications.
